Design~~RPI Graphic Data Solutions has a design staff to assist its customers in all phases and types of design communication. Whether the need is for art production of an existing design concept or complete concepting and designing of an idea, our design team can provide the level of assistance you require. All designs are created in High-Res and are ready for production when approved.

Art Production/Prepress~~This step is defined by the verification of data to ensure the printability of a file. This includes scanning, retouching, and pre-press testing. This new step takes full advantage of a digital world. This allows you the maximum time and quality of a complete digital workflow. Our pre-press department has always been on the leading edge of technology since our founding in 1969. RPI's pre-press has state-of-the-art, pagination, trapping and RIPing. Our workflow takes advantage of Direct-to-Plate technology and digital proofing to maximize time and quality.

HI-Definition Printing~~RPI has two state-of-the-art, six-color 40" waterless presses. The waterless technology combined with RPI's color management workflow, enables them to print at a much higher line screen than conventional printing and offers rich, clear, high resolution images and graphics.

Finishing/Fulfillment~~RPI has a full service finishing department that can provide everything you need to complete your project. From cutting, laminating, folding, collating, and stitching, to specialized die-cutting and intricate hand assembly, RPI's finishing department has the ability and the knowledge to give you a quality finished product.

Our fulfillment department offers a variety of services depending on your need. We can pack and ship directly from our facility, or provide you with the finished product. From complete service to specialized needs, RPI is dedicated to providing its customers with the highest level of quality.
