Yes, RPI provides services nationally and has negotiated rates with various carriers for parcel and LTL deliveries. 

Yes, RPI’s responsibility to our clients is to ensure that all products or services quality will meet or exceed their expectations. RPI does guarantee that any occurrence will get full attention and resolved quickly to meet the clients needs.

Yes, RPI’s storefront is driven by Marcom technologies which provides password protection, shopping basket, data collection and real time reporting. 

Each job is unique in its own way depending on the amount of finishing needed.  At RPI most jobs are completed and shipped out for delivery in 5-10 business days.  (Contact your Account Manager today for details on your job specifications.)

Resolution should be set to 300 dpi. All photos should be saved in CMYK mode, not RGB mode when possible. Images saved in RGB mode may not print properly. If you are unable to save your image in CYMK mode, please let us know.

Approximately 50; Our customer service representatives have years of experience and are always ready to accommodate any needs you may have. All equipment operators are craftsman by trade as well as seasoned professionals in all new print technologies.

RPI designers are primarily structural designers and production artists.

Structural design embraces the shape, texture, and materials for effective packaging. Examples: Paperboard Cartons, Packaging Inserts, Blisterboard backers, Neckringers, as well as sophisticated Point of Purchase.. 

Production artists assists design teams primarily in producing marketing collateral, packaging, and point-of-purchase. Branding and messaging assets (art) are usually provided to our design team and will be re-purposed to all types of print media including point of purchase, marketing materials, and packaging. Another important role of a Production Artist is making revisions and updates to existing art.
